Levels of Sovereignty

A premonition spoken many years ago suggested that those heavily relying on their mental faculties to navigate life would experience increasing pain and suffering. This, though challenging, serves a purpose: to encourage deeper connection with the body, soul, and spirit. Instead of relying solely on intellect, we are being guided to utilize intuition, felt knowings, and emotional intelligence—the longing of the soul and its expression. We are indeed in a time that is both beautiful and challenging for many.

If you are reading these words, you are on an ascension timeline. You are co-creating the new Earth, and you are doing a great job! Let me emphasize that—you are doing a great job! You are facing challenges, choosing love, pushing beyond fear, and following your soul's calling. You are trusting your inner guidance and finding peace amidst a world that some media outlets portray as chaotic. Remember, you claim the timeline you are on. It is a choice in remembering that you are a sovereign and free being.

Levels of Sovereignty

Recently, as a guest on several podcasts, I gathered some valuable insights on breaking free and claiming your sovereignty. Here are three levels of sovereignty from an energetic perspective:

Level 1: The Temple in Which We Create✨️

The body is a temple, both physical and energetic. We claim our temple with breath and presence. Consistently and consciously doing this reveals more within. Fully inhabiting your space and connecting with the essence of Being is meditation in its purest form. Own your temple. You have the right to breathe and be here! You have dominion over your space, with the right to cast out or integrate anything within your body and energetic field.

In group therapy, this would be termed the here-and-now. What is alive in the room? Where is the energy? Following the energy in the present moment offers an opportunity for transmutation and transformation—a corrective experience. The therapist's focused presence reveals what’s in the field of your temple. Irvin Yalom, an existential psychiatrist, championed this concept. Existential therapy emphasizes the subjective meaning of the human experience, personal responsibility, and becoming your own hero.

Level 2: Dance with Reality✨️

As we become aware and comfortable in our energetic field, we can navigate what is felt around us more easily. With this foundation, we gain the ability to move, pivot, and dance. Any good dancer will tell you that to lead, you must also follow. This is akin to balancing masculine and feminine energies within us—guiding rather than pushing, flowing rather than forcing.

In this dance of life, ask yourself: What do you desire to create? What is seemingly being created around you? How is this creation impacting your surroundings? This feedback is valuable. Are you being pushed or told what to do, or are you actively choosing and making decisions while allowing the give-and-take of feedback?

Psychologically, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi’s concept of Flow describes this state. When fully present and focused, we can navigate our field effectively. In Flow, miracles happen, and insurmountable challenges are managed with neutrality and passionate presence.

Level 3: Responsibility for Self and Others✨️

Becoming a leader who treats others as equals is essential. This is often referred to as service leadership—a reluctant leader who knows that to create the change they desire, they must lead. In leadership, they set a path, embody a way of being, and invite others to follow. Often, the leader walks behind everyone else, guiding at critical times, seeing more from this vantage point.

This is closer to transformational leadership, as opposed to authoritarian or autocratic styles often seen in the old paradigm. Embracing responsibility means there is no one to blame when things go wrong. As a leader, you must take ownership, even if you didn't directly cause the issue. You become the creator of your Kingdom/Queendom, requiring care and cultivation. Everything that shows up is for you, not a punishment or curse, even if it feels that way when unconscious or stuck in rumination.

From a psychological standpoint, a good therapist will take ownership of the impact when they challenge a client beyond their threshold. They may "fall on their sword," taking responsibility for the impact of their words. This builds safety, allowing clients to solve their problems independently. Similarly, a leader must ensure their team feels safe and supported.

Conclusion✨️

Ask yourself: How do I care for what was created or co-created? This includes your inner kingdom—how you treat all parts of yourself, especially your inner children. Externally, consider how you impact those you bring into your life. Are you helping to improve their lives while setting boundaries? Can you face authoritarian issues with presence, compassion, and love, allowing for corrective experiences without taking things personally?
