Why a sequenced Journey instead of separate sessions

Each of Jason's offerings does something specific in isolation. Galactic Breathing opens the body and nervous system to an altered, embodied experience in a single 90 minute ceremony. Sekhem works at a soul level over days of continued unfolding. Tarot names an energy signature and gives language to what's shifting. Spirit Guidance Mentoring builds the ongoing skill of hearing your own inner guidance clearly. On their own, each is complete. Sequenced together with intention, they build on each other: breathwork can crack something open that a Sekhem session then works with at depth, and mentoring holds the integration across the weeks in between so the insight doesn't fade by the following Tuesday.

How the weeks unfold

Every Journey starts the same way: a free conversation, no payment, no commitment, where Jason listens to what's going on and what you're hoping to move through or toward. Nothing is booked until the shape of it actually fits. From there, the sessions inside the 4 or 8 week arc are sequenced, drawing on Galactic Breathing, Sekhem, tarot and mentoring as the situation calls for, paced so each piece has room to land before the next begins.

Because mentoring is part of the fabric of this work, there's continuity between sessions that a one-off booking doesn't have. Whatever surfaces in a breathwork ceremony or a Sekhem session gets tracked and worked with in the following week, rather than left to integrate alone.
