Privacy Policy

Last updated October 1, 2026

This policy explains what information is collected on jasondonaldsonhealer.com and how it is used. Jason Donaldson Healer operates on the Big Island of Hawai'i, and this policy is written to reflect Hawaii law and the actual tools used to run the site and the business.

Information collected when you book a session

Sessions are booked through the online booking calendar on this site. When you book a Galactic Breathing, Sekhem, tarot, mentoring or Journey appointment, the booking system collects your name, email address, and any details you enter in the booking form. That information is used to confirm your appointment, send reminders, and allow Jason to reschedule if needed.

Video sessions

Online sessions are held over a private video room. Joining a video session may involve the video service collecting standard connection information (such as your name and email used to join). Tarot and Energy Signature Readings are recorded so you can revisit the session; recordings are kept for your reference and are not shared publicly or with third parties without your consent.

Email newsletter

If you sign up for Jason's email list, whether for the free monthly meditation, tarot class updates, or general updates, your email address is stored with the email service used to send those messages. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Email addresses collected here are not sold or shared with outside parties.

Website analytics and tracking

This site uses an analytics and tracking pixel to understand how visitors use the site, which pages are viewed, and how people arrive here. This may involve cookies stored in your browser. This data is used to improve the site and is not used to identify you personally to outside parties.

How your information is used

Information collected through booking, email, or the site is used only to run sessions, communicate about appointments, send newsletter updates you've opted into, and understand how the site is performing. It is not sold to third parties.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from email communications at any time. You can request that Jason delete information he holds about you directly by writing to him through the contact page. Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time through the manage link in your confirmation email.

Energy work is not medical care

Nothing collected or discussed in a session, including health or personal information you share, is treated as medical or mental health records. Energy work, breathwork, tarot and mentoring sessions are complementary offerings, not medical or psychotherapy treatment, and information shared in session is held with the same care and confidentiality as any personal conversation, but is not subject to medical recordkeeping requirements.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the tools used to run the site and business change. The date at the top reflects the most recent update.
