Spirit Guidance
Mentoring
What if what you thought was a limitation was actually your power? What if the thing you were labelled with was simply misunderstood?
Weekly one hour sessions. Starts with a free twenty minute call, no pitch, no obligation.
Remember who you are, and enjoy it all the more
Spirit Guidance Mentoring is a safe, supportive and sacred container where transformative change can happen in a short amount of time. Each week we meet for one hour so you can learn to tune in more easily to your inner wisdom and divine guidance, and to work with the feedback from your physical, mental and emotional bodies in a loving, empowering way.
As we connect to the felt sense, we cultivate the inner witness: a still point of power that brings you into the now moment and elevates your consciousness. Very often, as life starts to improve, a part of us steps forward to sabotage it. We lovingly acknowledge that part and bring it into wholeness and safety, so it can join you in the new way of being.
"I serve as an external guide to help you remember your internal guidance, from your soul aspects, your higher self, your ancestors, your star family and the subtle energies all around, so that in every now moment you will always know what to do." This is for those who are truly ready to step into their best life and commit to the change. It all starts from within.
Your soul is calling.
Will you answer?

Inside Spirit Guidance Mentoring
"I serve as an external guide to help you remember your internal guidance," Jason says, and that line is close to the whole method. Spirit Guidance Mentoring is a weekly, one hour, one to one container built to help someone hear their own inner wisdom clearly enough to act on it, using Jason as the outside perspective that reflects it back.
What the work is actually training
At the center of each session is what Jason calls the felt sense: the direct, physical experience of a thought, a fear, a possibility, before it gets filtered through analysis. Learning to connect with the felt sense, no matter what's happening externally or what the mind is arguing, is the first skill the mentoring builds. From there, the work cultivates what he calls the inner witness, a still point of power that holds presence in the current moment rather than getting pulled into old story.
He describes it as external guidance pointed at internal guidance: "from your soul aspects, your higher self, your ancestors, your star family and the subtle energies all around, so that in every now moment you will always know what to do." The practical aim is less mystical than that sentence sounds: fewer moments of not knowing what you actually think or want, because you've built the muscle of checking in with yourself directly instead of defaulting to whatever pattern is loudest.
How a weekly session runs
Sessions are one hour, weekly, held one to one. Each week builds on the last rather than starting fresh, so the work compounds instead of resetting. A session typically moves through what's shifted since the previous week, work with the felt sense around whatever is live right now, and practical tools for carrying the shift into daily life between sessions. Jason draws on his full background here, not just one modality: breathwork, somatic awareness, psychological training, and the intuitive, channeled work that runs through his other offerings.
A recurring piece of the work is what happens when things start improving. Jason names this directly: as a person's life gets better, a part of them will often step forward to sabotage the progress, an old protective pattern trying to keep things familiar. Rather than fighting that part, the mentoring approach is to acknowledge it with care and bring it into the process, so it can join the new way of being instead of working against it.
Who this is for
This is for people genuinely ready to commit to change, not people testing the waters. Jason is direct about that threshold: "This is for those who are truly ready to step into their best life and commit to the change." It's open to everyone regardless of where they're starting, and it's not gated by prior spiritual experience. Some people come in fluent in this language already; others come in only knowing that something in their life needs to shift and they want consistent, structured support to make it happen.
Who this is not for
If you want a single session for a specific question, a tarot reading or a Sekhem session is a better fit than a weekly ongoing commitment. This also isn't therapy. Jason holds a pre-licensed status as a marriage and family therapist, and mentoring here is a spiritual and personal development container, not clinical treatment. If what you're carrying is a mental health crisis, call or text 988 first; mentoring can complement care but does not replace it.
Price and how to start
The first step costs nothing: a free 20 minute call, no pitch, no obligation, just a conversation to see if this is the right fit on both sides. Ongoing weekly mentoring is priced on request after that call, because the container is built around the person, not a fixed package. See how to apply for what to prepare before the call.
What people notice over time
Because this is ongoing rather than a single session, the shifts tend to show up gradually: more ease recognizing the felt sense in real time, less time spent stuck in an old pattern before catching it, a steadier line back to what you actually want versus what fear or old conditioning is arguing for. Jason frames the larger goal as reclaiming parts of yourself that got set aside or felt unacknowledged, and bringing them back into wholeness rather than trying to outrun them.
How this compares to a single session
Galactic Breathing, Sekhem, and tarot each open a door in a single sitting. Mentoring is the sustained work of walking through it, week after week, with someone tracking the pattern across time instead of meeting it once. Many people use both: a session to open something up, then mentoring to integrate and keep building on it. Jason's multi-week containers are built for exactly that kind of sequencing.
Frequently asked questions
What is the felt sense?
It's the direct, physical experience of a thought or feeling before the mind starts explaining it. Spirit Guidance Mentoring trains the ability to connect with the felt sense clearly and consistently, as a more reliable guide than overthinking.
How long does mentoring typically last?
Sessions are weekly and ongoing, priced on request after a free intro call, since the container is shaped around the person rather than a fixed number of weeks. Ask Jason directly on the call about timelines that fit your situation.
Is this therapy?
No. Jason holds a pre-licensed status as a marriage and family therapist, and this is spiritual mentoring, not clinical treatment. It can complement therapy but does not replace it. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
What happens on the free 20 minute call?
It's a real conversation, not a sales pitch, to see whether the fit is right for both of you before anything is booked or priced.
Is this only for people already experienced with spiritual work?
No. It's open to everyone. What matters more than prior experience is genuine readiness to commit to change.
